The Wareham Historical Society invites the public to a program on the history of quilting on Monday, March 21, 2016, 7 p.m. at the Methodist Meeting House, 495 Main St., Wareham. Joan Goldfarb and Shirley Jones from the Busy Bee Quilters’ Guild will discuss the history of quilting from its beginning to the present time.
Various styles of quilts from their collection and the historical society, as well as items used in quilting, will be on display. Admission: Members free, non-members $2.00.
