The Wareham Historical Society invites the public to a program by Mr. Charles Sooy remembering and honoring those who gave their lives in WWI, WWII and Vietnam.

Mr. Sooy will talk about WWI veterans from Wareham and family members who served together, and display pictures and news clippings of WWII.  If you are from Wareham or a military history buff, Mr. Sooy’s collection of memorabilia is a must-see.  This collection was displayed in the Wareham Post Office Lobby in May 2004 and 2005.

The Wareham Vietnam Moving Wall is coming to Wareham this August 17 through August 21 at the Andersson Track, Wareham Middle School. Information will be available about the Moving Wall at this program.

Refreshments will be served after the presentation.  Admission is free to members, $2.00 for non-members.
